Sky View Automotive LLC (“Dealership,” “we,” or “our”) is a licensed used-vehicle dealer in the State of Michigan, owned and operated by Salam.

2. Vehicle Information & Availability

We strive to present accurate vehicle descriptions, prices, mileage, condition, and features. However:

• Prices and availability may change without notice.

• A listed price is not a formal offer or binding contract.

• A purchase becomes binding only when a retail sales agreement is signed in person.

Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and may request independent mechanic inspections at their own cost.

3. Test Drives

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required.
The dealership reserves the right to decline test drives when safety, insurance, or other compliance requirements are not met.

By submitting an application, you acknowledge, understand, and authorize the following:

4.1 Authorization to Obtain Credit Information

You authorize Sky View Automotive LLC and its lending partners to:

• Share your information with third-party banks, credit unions, and auto finance companies for the purpose of credit evaluation and loan underwriting.

4.2 No Guarantee of Credit Approval

Approval, interest rates, down payment requirements, and loan terms are determined solely by third-party lenders, not by Sky View Automotive LLC.
We do not guarantee approval or specific financing terms.

4.3 Truthful and Accurate Information Required

Submitting false or misleading information may result in denial of credit and may constitute fraud.
You certify that all information submitted is true, correct, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4.4 Electronic Consent (E-SIGN Compliance)

By submitting a financing form on our Site, you consent to:

• Conducting business electronically;

• Receiving disclosures electronically;

• Allowing digital transmission of your application to lenders.

• A deposit may be required to hold a vehicle. Deposits may or may not be refundable depending on dealership policy.

Michigan Buyers Guide forms and additional disclosures will be provided at the time of sale.
